Are you qualified in Human Resources or Payroll administration and keen to be starting a career stretching across both areas? Or are you an experienced HR Administrator with a passion for payroll and transactional people services?

We are looking for an individual who is keen to create a great Employee Experience by implementing core administration activities and to get involved in current initiatives relating to anything People & Development.

Excellent written and verbal interaction manner enables you to prepare routine reports and correspondence on people topics, and is complemented by using your proven IT skills.

You can juggle your workload even when things get busy. In fact, you excel and bring yourself in with ideas to get things done in the best possible way.

You will have the chance to become part of a small team which is critical to shaping the employee life cycle practices of a growing workforce mirroring the growth of the Shire.
